Elementary School
Dasmesh School Winnipeg is firmly rooted in Culturally Responsive Teaching pedagogy and a strong belief that each student is capable of learning and achieving their full potential if appropriate learning opportunities are provided. Each child is unique and comes with a different set of needs. We respond to each child’s sensitive learning needs during these early school years. The hands-on approach to learning is used where children learn while playing and steadily learn to concentrate. Attractive materials designed for a specific purpose allow the student to learn abstract concepts concretely.

Our highly qualified teachers guide students towards working independently and learning through experience. In this way, students are active participants in their own learning and teachers are helping them on every step to keep engaged. Differentiated instruction and individual learning occurs in all our classrooms. Our Grade 1 to 4 programming is supported by a variety of approaches derived from the larger educational community, ensuring a well- balanced and strong curriculum delivery.
